He’s worked on my own house clearing a slow draining main line, he sent the camera down, gave me the video and then cleared the blockage. I’ve also used him on a customer’s commercial property and the camera n snake combo was super helpful pinpointing the actual issue. He’s a plumber not a “sales tech”, he will get the jumpsuit on and get dirty to take care of customers.
